Submit a Support Ticket
Option 1:
1. Simply Email esupport@iThink.co with your domain name, email id, your query and copy paste any error that you may be seeing, simply describe the issue that you are facing like you would describe it on the Phone.
2. A Support Ticket will automatically get created in the Think Support Help Desk a Ticket ID gets generated and you will receive an acknowledgement email of the Support Ticket created.
3. Think Support personnel are working 24 x 7 and addressing customer queries and you will get a response from them ASAP. Be assured!
Option 2:
2. If you are using Think Support Help Desk for the first time, on the RHS click on "Sign Up".
3. Create a Think Support Help Desk Username and Password and go ahead and click on "New Support Ticket".
4. A Support Ticket will get created in the Think Support Help Desk, a Ticket ID will get generated and you will receive an acknowledgement email of the Support Ticket created.
5. Think Support personnel are working 24 x 7 and addressing customer queries and you will get a response from them ASAP. Be assured!
6. Even though Option1 is simpler, The advantage of Option2 is you can login to the Think Support Help Desk anytime and will have access to your Ticket History, Profile etc.
