About Project:

The ThinkNotify website was developed as a product-led platform to showcase its WhatsApp Business API capabilities focused on automation, customer engagement, and conversational commerce. The website highlights key features such as bulk broadcasting, customer segmentation, automated workflows, chatbot journeys, and centralized team inbox management, positioning it as a complete communication solution for businesses. It also emphasizes integrations with tools like Shopify, Zoho, Google Sheets, and Zapier, enabling businesses to connect their existing ecosystem seamlessly. Dedicated sections for automation, analytics, integrations, and pricing were structured to guide users from understanding the product to taking action (demo or onboarding). The platform also includes partner/affiliate programs, onboarding flows, and clear feature breakdowns, making it both a product showcase and a lead generation tool.

Challenges:

The key challenge was presenting a feature-heavy SaaS product in a way that is easy to understand for businesses with varying levels of technical knowledge. ThinkNotify includes multiple capabilities such as automation flows, broadcasts, CRM integrations, analytics, and chatbot systems, which can quickly become overwhelming if not structured properly. Another challenge was clearly communicating the value of WhatsApp API (which many users are not fully aware of) while differentiating it from basic WhatsApp usage. Additionally, guiding users from awareness to conversion—demo requests, onboarding, and pricing understanding—required a well-planned content flow and UX journey.

Solutions:

A product-first website structure was implemented, breaking down complex features into clearly defined sections such as broadcasts, automation, integrations, and team management. Visual cues and simplified content were used to explain how the platform works, reducing the learning curve for new users. Strong emphasis was placed on conversion pathways through “Get Demo,” onboarding steps, and pricing clarity, ensuring users can easily move from interest to action. Integration highlights and use-case-driven content helped position ThinkNotify as a scalable business tool rather than just a messaging platform. The final outcome is a high-conversion SaaS website that simplifies a complex product while effectively communicating its value to businesses of all sizes.
