The Shikara Constructions website was built as a comprehensive platform to represent the brand’s legacy, ongoing developments, and project portfolio in a structured and scalable manner. The website highlights multiple residential projects such as Shikara Heights, Shikara Greens, Shikara Pride, and Shikara Estates, categorizing them into ongoing, completed, and proposed developments for better user clarity. It also focuses on communicating the company’s strengths such as redevelopment expertise, affordable luxury positioning, and strong engineering capabilities. Dedicated sections for project exploration, enquiry forms, and detailed project pages (including amenities, floor plans, and location advantages) were implemented to help users make informed decisions. The platform also establishes credibility through certifications, awards, and brand philosophy built around quality, transparency, and innovation.

Challenges:

One of the key challenges was structuring a website that could effectively showcase multiple real estate projects at different stages—ongoing, completed, and upcoming—without overwhelming the user.
