If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified within 7 days before date of arrival or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
The refund for cancellation will be made in the same way that the payment was received less any bank/transaction charges as may be applicable.
Nirvana Holiday Homes LLC, reserves the right to cancel a reservation without offering reasons or justifications. Where a guest has made a payment and Nirvana has cancelled such a reservation, the refund will be made inline with the cancellation policy.
