All bookings are provisional until confirmed in writing(electronic) by Nirvanadubai LLC.Nirvanadubai LLC does not accept bookings for wedding receptions, Apartment parties or similar events.
Should Nirvanadubai LLC not accept provisional bookings, it will return deposits, less bank charges and any other disbursements.
Guests must supply Nirvanadubai LLC with copies of their passports prior to their arrival.
To comply with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, Nirvanadubai LLC only allows persons named on booking forms and for whom Nirvanadubai LLC holds passport copies to stay in Apartments.
Guests who breach these terms and conditions may be required to depart Apartments immediately, prior to their departure date, and without any refund or compensation.
Guests' Obligations
Guests are liable for any damages they may cause to Apartments including damage to fixtures, furniture and equipment. Guests are required to:-comply with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and to respect its customs and culture and to obey the regulations of Palm Jumeirah Island and, in particular, Guests must not cause nuisance to any person living in and around the apartment building and area.
look after and care for Apartments and their fittings, furnishing and equipment in a manner that befits a reasonable person.
generally treat Nirvanadubai LLCstaff in a civil and considerate manner.
Payment Terms
The total price of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking and the booking will only be treated as confirmed upon payment of the full amount. No partial payments are accepted.Nirvanadubai LLC accepts payments by bank transfer and by credit card. Credit card payments are subject to a 5% handling charge. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection. NirvanaDubai.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE. All major credit cards accepted in USD or AED. Conversion rate 1 USD = 3.68 AED
Cancellation & Refunds
If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified within 7 days before date of arrival or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. The refund for cancellation will be made in the same way that the payment was received less any bank/transaction charges as may be applicable.Nirvana Holiday Homes LLC, reserves the right to cancel a reservation without offering reasons or justifications. Where a guest has made a payment and Nirvana has cancelled such a reservation, the refund will be made inline with the cancellation policy.
Check-in / Check-out Times
The earliest check-in time is 15:00 and the latest checkout time is 12:00. Nirvanadubai LLC is unable to vary these check-in and checkout times without prior written agreement.Nirvanadubai LLC enforces these check-in and checkout times so as not to inconvenience other Guests and to clean and maintain Apartments. Nirvanadubai LLC appreciates that some flights to Dubai arrive early in the morning and leave late at night. In such circumstances, Nirvanadubai LLC seeks to grant Guests access to their Apartment as soon as they are available and for as long as possible. However, if Guests wish to guarantee access to Apartments outside the standard check-in and checkout times they must pay for additional nights.
Waiver of Liability
Nirvanadubai LLC and the owners of the Apartments and their representatives, employees, agents and assignees do not accept any liability whatsoever for:death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal effects however caused and, in particular, resulting from the use of swimming pools or their surrounds.
anything arising outside the demise of its Apartments and, in particular, noise emanating from other properties.
anything arising from force majeure, which, whilst notwithstanding the generality of the foregoing, shall include strikes, war, power cuts, severe weather, airport closures and flight delays.
